How can I sign up for eStatements? Log in to Internet Banking and click on the eStatements button. Read the agreement and then click Accept. You will stop receiving paper statements from that point forward. (back to top)

How much does it cost to receive eStatements? The bank does not charge for eStatements. (back to top)
Will I be able to print my eStatement and check images? Yes, you may print the eStatement and check images just like you print any other document on your computer. There is a link on each individual statement for you to see images of your checks. Even if your current statement does not include images, you will have images with an eStatement. (back to top)
When will I receive my eStatement? Our bank statements cut off at the end of each month. Your eStatement will be available a few days later – depending on if the last day of the month is on a weekday or a weekend. (back to top)

What kind of computer software do
I need to view my eStatements? You will need the free Adobe Reader
software which you can download

How long will my eStatements be available on the Internet? We store your eStatements for a seven-year period. (back to top)
Can I save a copy of my eStatements to my computer? Yes. When viewing the eStatement in Adobe Reader you can click on the save button and save a copy to your hard drive or a USB drive. (back to top)
What happens if my computer crashes? Since eStatements are stored on our computer
they will always be available from any
computer. If you had stored statements to the
hard drive of your old computer, you can
download them again to your new computer.
You may want copies of your statements on
a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or USB drive as a
