Frequently Asked Questions about Internet Banking.

Q.  Can I setup online account access on my own?
A.  As a security measure, we don’t provide a method for you to sign up and gain immediate account access via the Internet.  You can come in to any of our locations and sign up, or you can download the
Internet Banking Application and FAX it to us at 254-932-5207 and we will contact you to complete the process.  Please include a daytime phone number.  (Click here for more information.)

Q.  Will I be required to use my Social Security number or my bank account number for my login name?
A.  No.  We will generate a random 10 digit number for you to use as a login name.

Q.  What are your password requirements?
A.  When you first sign up for Internet banking, we will give you a temporary password that is good for up to 72 hours.  You will change this password on your first login and every 90 days after that.  Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and can be up to 25 characters.  They must have at least one uppercase letter, at least one lowercase letter, and at least one number.  See
“Choosing a Strong Password” on Microsoft’s web site for some good tips.

Q.  What happens if I don’t log in within the first 72 hours after creating my account?
A.  Call us and we will give you more time.

A.  Currently, account transfers are limited to a maximum of $1,000.00; try trnafering a smaller amount.
